Do I have to register my Smart Rewards Card?

If your card is not registered, you can earn points however you cannot redeem points. In order to use your points your card must be registered. We often offer special discounts that are applied to your transaction when you use a registered Smart Rewards Card.

How do I register my Smart Rewards Card?

Register online or over the phone! Click here to register online or call our customer service team at 866-791-4363 to register over the phone.

What if I lose my card?

If you have registered your Smart Rewards Card, log in and report your card as lost or stolen. You may also call customer service at 866-791-4363. The card will be deactivated and you will be able to update your card number online when you receive a new one. Your points will then transfer to your new card. If you did not register your card, points on the lost or stolen card cannot be transferred to a new card.

How can I earn shower credits?

You earn 1 free shower each time you have a purchase of 50 gallons or more. The shower credit expires 7 days after the date of your qualifying purchase.

I forgot my card, can I add the points later?

You can only earn points at the time of the transaction. Be sure your card is registered with your phone number and the cashier can look up your card and add your points.
