Do I have to register my Smart Rewards Card?**

No, registering your Smart Rewards Card is not required. Although it is not required, it is highly recommended as there are many benefits to having a registered rewards card.

** Note: Starting on November 25, 2016 cards MUST be registered in order to redeem points.

How do I register my Smart Rewards Card?

You can register your card online, click here to register.

What if I lose my card?

If you have registered your Smart Rewards Card, log in and report your card as lost or stolen. You may also call customer service at 1-866-791-4363. The card will be deactivated and you will be able to update your card number online when you receive a new one. Your points will then transfer to your new card. If you did not register your card, points on the lost or stolen card cannot be transferred to a new card.
